Latino LGBTQ Community Center of Las Vegas is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and empowering Latino LGBTQ+ individuals in Southern Nevada.
Our organization was founded in response to the growing need for culturally competent, inclusive, and accessible support services for underserved members of the Latino LGBTQ+ community.
We work to create safe spaces where individuals can find connection, access essential resources, and receive support without fear of stigma or discrimination.
Through community-based programs, education, and resource navigation, we aim to improve quality of life and promote long-term well-being.
Our mission is rooted in lived experience, community resilience, and a commitment to dignity, safety, and opportunity for all.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide support, resources, and safe spaces for the Latino LGBTQ+ community in Las Vegas through culturally competent and community-centered programs.
We believe that every individual deserves to feel safe, respected, and supported—regardless of their background, identity, or circumstances. Many members of our community face barriers such as stigma, isolation, and limited access to culturally relevant services. Our work is designed to help bridge those gaps.
Through our programs, we aim to improve access to essential services, including health resources, HIV awareness, education, and emotional support. We focus on creating environments where individuals can connect, receive guidance, and build meaningful relationships within a supportive community.
Our approach is rooted in lived experience, empathy, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by Latino LGBTQ+ individuals. We are committed to not only responding to immediate needs, but also building long-term solutions that strengthen the community and improve quality of life.

Founder & Executive Director
I am the Founder and Executive Director of Libre Pride Plus – Latino LGBTQ Community Center of Las Vegas, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting, educating, and empowering the Latino LGBTQ+ community in Southern Nevada.
As a Latino immigrant, I have firsthand experience with the barriers many individuals face when accessing reliable information, healthcare services, and safe spaces where they feel understood and supported. This lived experience has been a driving force behind the creation of Libre Pride Plus.
Our work focuses on the following core areas:
• Reducing stigma related to HIV and LGBTQ+ identities
• Connecting individuals with health and wellness resources
• Creating safe, culturally inclusive spaces
• Providing education, guidance, and community support
• Promoting prevention, access to care, and overall well-being
Our goal is to build a community where individuals can access the resources they need, feel a true sense of belonging, and live with dignity and support.
Libre Pride Plus is currently in a growth phase, focused on developing programs, expanding access to services, and building strong community partnerships to increase our impact.
